He is survived by: his wife Marsha; his son Matthew (Autumn); his grandsons, Aidan and Liam; his sister Suzanne Bolton (Brian); his cousins, Jackie Mossholder (Bill) and Rick Blair (Margie); and his stepsons, Michael and Jason Flesch (Brandy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and grand nieces and nephews.
