He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Noe and Louise Noe; and his siblings, Tommy "Ray" Noe and Shirley Noe. He is survived by: his wife Lavon Noe (Amburgey); his children, Stormy Halifax (Kevin) of Florida and James Aaron Noe (Brenda) of Alabama; his grandsons, Shane, Skyler and Braxton; and his siblings, Harold and Hazel. He is also survived by loving brothers-in-law, sisters-in- law, family and friends.
