Hays; his grandchildren, Matthew (Katie), Dawn, Alycia and James IV; and his friend Lee Hornung. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren; 1 great-great grandson.

Memorial donations in Jim's honor should be directed to Hosparus of Louisville and/or St Jude Research Hospital.
