She is survived by: her pet JoJo; her children, Marcia Mullins-Barton (Glenn) of Louisville and Terry Mullins (Kristi) of Louisville; her grandchildren, Tad Sturgeon, Matthew Mullins and Kristin Mullins; and her great grandchildren, Everly Mullins, Story Mullins and Demi Mullins.
