She was predeceased by: her brother-in-law Michael Covault. She is survived by: her husband Steve Koonter; her daughters, Lynette Dury (Jeff) and Sonya Sparks (Andy); her grandson Alex (Zach Dury); her siblings, Paula Covault and Ray Phipps; and her brother-in-law Ronnie Koonter (Judy).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Fern Creek Funeral Home (5406 Bardstown Rd, Louisville, KY 40291). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
