Higgins, Jr. and Betty Rose Baker Higgins; his grandparents, Walter, Margaret Baechtold, Samuel and Rosalee Baker; his brothers, Mark Higgins (Elaine) and Greg Higgins; his stepgrandson Trenton Shepherd; his siblings' children, Ashley Jordan (Kyle) and Brian Wayne (Kim); his great-niece Emily Jordan; and his great-nephews, Kayden Jordan, Colton Wayne, Carter Wayne, Brian Wayne, Jr. and Jeff.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to The American Heart Association.
