With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jeremy Moremen of Louisville, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 20, 2025 at the age of 41. He is survived by: his mother Patricia B. Gott Moremen of Taylorsville; his wife Meagan Moremen of Louisville; his sons, Jackson Moremen and Connor Moremen of Louisville; his father David Moremen; and his siblings, Jacob Moremen (Amy) of Jackson, Mississippi and Heather Moremen (Morgan Findley) of Knoxville, Tennessee. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the Chapel (1407 Moser Rd, Louisville, KY 40299). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 3:30 PM at the same location.
