She was predeceased by: her daughter Deborah Weinberger McLean Skaggs; her parents, Theta Smithson Herdt Pipes and Edward Herdt; her stepfather Chester Pipes; and her brothers, Edward and John Herdt.
She is survived by: her husband Larry Weinberger; her daughter Jody Weinberger Densford; her grandchildren, Jillian Densford, Abigail Densford, Coral McLean, Jade McLean and Logan McLean; and her great grandchildren, Matthew and Elijah Callahan.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Portland Christian School, 8509 Westport Road, Louisville, KY 40242, in Jo Ann's memory.
