He was predeceased by: his parents, John William and Inez Stark Parrish; and his wife Bernice Parrish. He is survived by: his sons, John D. Parrish, Jr. (Selina) and Kevin N. Parrish (Debbie); his granddaughter Kristin Worthen (Jeff); and his great grandchildren, Harper, Judah and Theo Worthen.
