He is survived by : his parents, Laura Petter (Lonnie) and John E. Fallot, Jr. (Dana); his siblings, Nicholas Fallot, Kaitlynn Petter, Amanda Fallot (Alex), Brandon Lady and Adam Lady (Laura); and his nieces and nephews, Memphis, Charlotte, Easton, Hunter, Cayden and Reece. He is also survived by relatives and friends.

A reception was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (235 Juneau Dr, Louisville, KY 40243).
