He was predeceased by : his parents, Mark Kendrick and Gloria Jean Haveman (Breland). He is survived by : his wife Ariel Edlin; his sons, Samuel Haveman and Adam Haveman; his sisters, Julia Miller (Pat Patton) and Kathryn Ridiman (David); his uncles, Allan Breland (Lynda) and Bill Breland; and his cousins, Scott Breland (Terri) and Kim Breland-Allen (John Mark).
