He is survived by: his daughters, Kathy Karwejna and Pam Singleton; his sister Joy Worley; his sister-in-law Kay Fields; his grandchildren, Kyle Lieber (Kristen), Amy Kunz Matt Singleton (Dan), John Singleton and Sarah Karwejna; and his great grandchildren, J. T., Clayton, Adam, Blakely and Easton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
