He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Sr. Cunningham and Zella Mae Cunningham (Watkins) of Louisville, Kentucky.; his wife Rebecca Nanette Cunningham; and his brother Charlie Cunningham. He is survived by: his son Eric Cunningham; and his sisters-in-law, Linda Baldwin and Belinda Cunningham.
