He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Cecil and Josetta Cecil; his wife Phyllis Cecil; and his brother Clarence Cecil. He is survived by: his children, Brian Louis Cecil (Sharon), Mark Joseph Cecil (Brandi), Jeanna Marsolek, Lisa Wright (Ken), Paula Riddle (Butch), Donna Korycinski (Richard), Diane Byers and Melissa Cook (Anthony); and his siblings, Gladys Sullivan and Leon Cecil (Donna). He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 27 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren.
