Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Louisville Memorial Gardens West (4400 Dixie Hwy, Louisville, KY 40216). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location.
