She was predeceased by: her parents, Flem Blanton and Helen; her son James Wallace McKinney II; and her siblings, Warren Blanton and Loretta Hunt.
She is survived by: her husband James Wallace McKinney; her granddaughter Andrea; her great grandchild Aila James; her sibling's children, Katrina Marquardt (Kurt), Emily Hunt, Matthew Jason Whitt and Kevin Blanton (Sharma); her great-nieces, Peyton Blanton, Brooke Marquardt and Sarah Marquardt; and her cousins, Darrel Blanton, Donna Conley (Ronnie) and Dana Taylor (Bryan).
