He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Jude, Flaget Clark, Judith Ridley and Norman Joseph Bergman; and his uncle Jude Clark.
He is survived by : his parents, Michael Clark and Leslie Clark; his siblings, Julian Clark and Katlyn Clark; and his grandmother Janet C. Bergman. He is also survived by many loving family members and friends.
