She was predeceased by: her mother Bonnie Shewmaker; and her sister Pamela Jean Shewmaker. She is survived by: her husband William Ustick; her father Ronald D. Shewmaker; her children, Sara Ann Sparks and Matthew Lewis Sparks (Tiffany); and her sister Connie Swango.
