She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy B. Toon and Mary Beaver Toon; her husband Joseph F. Russell, Sr.; and her siblings, Aaron R. Dalton, Joseph Toon, Victoria Curtis and Dorothy Rapp.
She is survived by: her daughters, Judy Staten (Mike) and Vickie Morris (Randy); her stepson Joseph F. Russell, Jr. (Rebecca); her granddaughters, Whitney Martin (Craig), Lauren Staten (Wendy Jean), Ashley Beougher (Jon) and Elizabeth Russell (Richard Sandford); and her great grandchildren, Carly Martin, Finley Martin, Brandon Beougher, Abigail Beougher, Owen Sandford and Evan Sandford. She is also survived by step grandsons/granddaughters; and 8 great step-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
