She is survived by: her mother Victoria Urban; her children, Dustin Urban (Kiera), Lindsay Givans (Buzzy Jurek), Cody Givans (Christiana Withers), Casey Reynolds (Jamie Plunkett) and Madison Reynolds; her stepfather Wayne Avery Sr.; her siblings, Carl Urban (Nicole), Wayne Avery Jr. (Taylor) and Amanda Shugars (Brandon); and her grandchildren, Jayden, Ryatt, Jackson, Jillian and Piper. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
