He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth, Sr. Ezell and Etola Ezell (Self); and his sister Joyce Griffin. He is survived by: his wife Karen Ezell; his children, Kenneth "Shane" Ezell (Kim) and Heather Ezell; his grandson McClanahan; his siblings, Evelyn Rone (Butch) and Michael Ezell (Pam); and his cousin Brenda Mayhugh.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 at 12:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (413 Fairdale Rd, Fairdale, KY 40118). A burial was held on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Kentucky Veteran Cemetery (2501 N Dixie Blvd, Radcliff, KY 40160).
