He was predeceased by: his parents, George Paul and Theresa Catherine Mattingly (Schwoeppe); and his sisters, Imelda Beam, Rose Mullaney, Norma Abrams and Paula Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Mary R. Mattingly (Wallace); his siblings, Ann Wolford and Bill Mattingly (Diane); his brother-in-law Dennis Smith; and his children, Lori Fusting (Danny), Julie Rich (Anthony), Tammy Hubbuch (Dave) and Jeff Mattingly (Pam Steen). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren; and a host of relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions in Kenneth's memory be made to Kentucky Department of Veterans Affairs or Saint Vincent de Paul.
