He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Welsh and Georgia Welsh; his wife Shirley Welsh; and his daughter Donna Evans. He is survived by: his children, David Welsh (Nancy), Denise Butsch, Debbie Blevins (Gary) and Dyan Duncan; his grandchildren, Katie (Joel), Libby, Shelby (Kent), Josh (Katie), Colin, Tessa, Lucas and Addie; and his siblings, Bob Welsh, Rosemary France and Martha Eisner (Bill).
