He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Kerr and Cordelia Ann Kerr (Sidener); and his brothers, John Kerr and Danny Kerr. He is survived by: his significant other Sue Kerr; his daughter Shannon Miller; his grandchildren, Chandler Miller and Aiyana Miller; and his sister Kathy Jones (Kyle). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family, friends, and neighbors.
