He was predeceased by : his parents, Eugene Stack and Mary Stack (Pcola). He is survived by : his siblings, Michele Williams (David), Brian Stack (Michelle), Charles Stack and Mary Burgess. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.

Visitation was held on Monday, May 6th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, May 7th 2024 at 9:00 AM at the Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Ln, New Albany, IN 47150). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, May 7th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the St. Mary of the Knobs Catholic Church (5719 St Marys Rd, Floyds Knobs, IN 47119).
