He was predeceased by : his parents, Marvin Hale and Norma Hale; his sister Mila; his sister-in-law Marlene; and his pet Champ.

He is survived by : his significant other Fay Kustes; his sons, Benjamin Isaac and Elisha Daniel (Katrine); his nephew Adam; his son Fay; and his siblings, Gary and Vicki (Dan). He is also survived by his cousins, nieces, nephews, his friends.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 30th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, May 1st 2024 from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (235 Juneau Dr, Louisville, KY 40243). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 30th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Wednesday, May 1st 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Resthaven Memorial Park (4400 Bardstown Rd, Louisville, KY 40218).
