He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Bickel and Joyce Bickel. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Bickel; his children, Joseph Bickel and Chelsi Lankswert (Daniel); and his siblings, Terry Bickel (Pat), Danny Bickel (Lisa), Tammy Bickel (Connie) and Joy Bickel (Jen). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many many friends.
