It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leellen Clark of Louisville, Kentucky, born in Whitesburg, Kentucky, who passed away on May 10, 2021, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Lee Frazier and Dorothy Frazier (Addington). She is survived by : her children, Wendy Prisock (Thomas) and Nathan C. Martin; her grandchildren, Keaton M. Martin, Jackson D. Prisock, Kylee D. Martin, O. Tanner Prisock and McKenzie R. Prisock; and her siblings, Steven Frazier (Audrey) and Mary Lynn Wayne.
The family requests that contributions in LeEllen's memory be made to the Palliative Care Unit at Baptist East Hospital.
