A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Resthaven (4400 Bardstown Rd, Louisville, KY 40218). A committal service will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Resthaven Memorial Park (4400 Bardstown Rd, Louisville, KY 40218). A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
