She was predeceased by: her husband William Robert Ballinger; her son William Rodney Ballinger; her granddaughter Brittany Annette Ballinger; and her siblings, Sue Dishman, Paul Adkins and Adkins.
She is survived by: her daughter Pam Johantgen (Kathy); her grandchildren, Charles "Bud" Ballinger (Shannon), Josh Johantgen (Alexis) and Eden Lanham (Darren); and her sister Anna Marie Miller. She is also survived by ten great grandchildren and many other family and friends.
