She was predeceased by: her husband Jack; her parents, Emmett and Cledith; and her sister Delores. She is survived by: her children, Kit (Denise), Tracy, Dawn (Pat), Holly, Nannette (Lisa) and Thad (Tammy); and her sister Shirley (Jim).

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that expressions of sympathy be made as memorial contributions to Mass of the Air, 1200 S Shelby St., Louisville, KY 40203.
