She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Coffey of Louisville, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Adriana Harris (Justin) of Lexington and Deshaun Coffey of Corbin, Kentucky; her great grandchildren, Amauri Baggett, Aubrey Baggett, Austin Baggett, Alisa Baggett, Averi Baggett and Jazzlyn Harris; her sisters, Irene Slater of Cincinnati and Phyllis White of Louisville, Kentucky; and her cousin Laura Smith of Middlesboro, Kentucky.
