He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion James and Margaret Marie Allred Stamper. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Timbrook; and his children, Jessica Collins (David), Tony Maye, Toby Stamper, Shelly Stamper and Jeffrey Stamper (Tabby). He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; and nineteen great-grandchildren.
