He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Mattingly and Barbara Mattingly. He is survived by: his children, Shelley Mattingly and Joey Z. Mattingly (Brianna); his siblings, David (Mary Beth), Jason Mattingly (Lydia), Rinda Anderson and Laconda Goss; his sister-in-law Lisa Mattingly; and his grandchildren, Chase, Brooklin and Blake. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
