Mark Wayne Skaggs Obituary
Mark Wayne Skaggs, age 49 years, passed Wednesday, May 31, 2023 at Jewish Hospital. He was a long-time resident of Portland and always a good manual laborer. He was preceded in death by his father, John Skaggs, sister, Lisa Lannan and brother, Billy Winbun. Mark is survived by his loving sweetheart and life's partner, Liberty Benfield, his son, Mark Wayne Skaggs II, his three daughters, Delaney Benfield (Tim Roarx), Raven Storm Skaggs (Mikayla) and Shaylee Desirae Skaggs, his mother, Linda Belleville, sister, Charlene Skaggs (Phillip) and brother, John Skaggs (Laura). Three grandchildren, Raegan, Ariyanna and Adalei also survive. Funeral Services will be held 7:00pm Thursday, June 8, 2023, at J.B. Ratterman & Sons Funerals & Family Cremation Care, 2114 W. Market St. Visitation 2:00 to 7:00pm Thursday.
