He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin James Lundgard and Dorothy Lundgard. He is survived by: his wife Carol S Lundgard; his children, Ryan Lundgard (Erika), Matt Lundgard (McKenna) and Kyle Lundgard (Samantha); and his grandchildren, Alex, Allison, Anna, Jack and Tommy Lundgard.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Ratterman Brothers Funeral Home (3711 Lexington Rd, Louisville, KY 40207).
