She was predeceased by : her parents, Robert Waits and Mary Waits (Curtis). She is survived by : her husband Quintis E. Raisor; and her children, Rebecca Harvey, Linda Sue Wyatt, Donna Lynn Ross, Ronnie "Ron" Raisor and Chester Raisor of Louisville. She is also survived by 5 Grandchildren Several Great & Great Great Grandchildren.
