She is survived by: her children, Drema Wilson (Rick) of Louisville and Marty Cook (Elizabeth) of Louisville; her grandsons, Robert Evan Bates and Michael Martin Cook; and her son-in-law Robert "Bob" Bates. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
