She was predeceased by: her parents, Caroline Deckmann Cruze and Clyde Clarence Cruze; and her siblings, Clarence Cruze, Ruth (Russ) and Martha Jane (Smith).
She is survived by: her children, Edward Russell (Beverly), William Patrick (Corinne) and Byron Douglas; her husband John Richard Wardlow (Jack); her grandchildren, Annette Smith, Christina Myers, Edward Smith Jr., Anthony Smith, Daniel Smith, Adam Smith, Nicole Smith and Sasha Smith; her great grandchildren, Christopher Myers Jr., Jordan Myers, Wilder Smith, Suzanna Friedlander and Melody Friedlander; her great great grandchild Christopher Myers III; and her caregivers, Sarah Wallace, Vicki Melton, Amber Jenkins and Lauren Corbertt. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
