He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Kapfhammer and Lillian Kapfhammer. He is survived by: his wife Eva (Lancaster); his children, Kelly Leonardo and Tom Kapfhammer; and his granddaughters, Lilly, Sydney Kapfhammer, Caroline and Shelby Leonardo.
