She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Houchens and Roseline Houchens; her husband Noah Kapple; her son Charles "Chuck" Kapple; her granddaughter Katie Kapple; and her brother Morris Houchens.
She is survived by: her son Chris Kapple; her grandchildren, Shannon Kapple, Ashley Kapple and Chris Brown; her great grandchildren, Hannah Helm, Madison Bullock and Noah Chesser; her brothers, Stanley Houchens and Garry Houchens; and her daughter-in-law Mary Kapple.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Evergreen Funeral Home (4623 Preston Hwy, Louisville, KY 40213). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
