She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Boone and Nelson Boone. She is survived by: her brother Nelson B. Boone Jr.; her children, Ashley DeHart Neal, Nicholas Hunter Spivak (Megan), Katherin Kylie Spivak (Ivan) and Amanda Hailey Spivak; and her grandchildren, Kennedy Elizabeth Neal, Carson Mosley Neal, Hayden Katherine Neal, Huxley Jamison Spivak and Josephine Cecile Spivak.
Visitation was held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Highlands Funeral Home (3331 Taylorsville Rd, Louisville, KY 40205). A funeral service was held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
