Nelda P. Moyers Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nelda P. Moyers of Louisville, Kentucky, who passed away on September 29, 2023 at the age of 88. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Nelda P. Moyers to pay them a last tribute.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Van Purcell and Elva Purcell; her former spouse Marcellous Newton; her children, Van Zant Moyers (Nelda), Nelda and Soupe; her grandson Daniel C. Moyers; her spouse Lee Miller; her son Dan Moyers (Sarah); her stepchildren, Timothy J. Moyers (Connie) of Clovis, NM and Marcella McGraw of Tularosa, NM; her granddaughter Emily Moyers; and her stepgrandsons, Ty Moyers, Clay Moyers, Cody Owens and Colt Owens.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Down Syndrome of Louisville, which has supported her granddaughter and all of Emily's Amigos.
