She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert A. Wiser, Sr. and Nannette Wiser (Wurster); her husband Merle Ray Ballou; her son-in-law Nick Bibelhauser; her grandson Tim Bibelhauser; and her daughter Kathleen Ballou.
She is survived by: her siblings, Carol Feldhoff and Albert Wiser, Jr. (Elizabeth); and her daughters, Cheryl Bibelhauser and Debora Gray (Bradley). She is also survived by six grandchildren and nine great grandchildren; and a host of relatives and friends.
