He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Basham and Ersie Basham; and his siblings, Castee Basham and Brenda Godsey. He is survived by: his wife Dolores; his son Rick Basham (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Jordan Basham (Brandi), Emily Mattingly (Nick) and Aaron Basham (Mariah); his great grandchildren, Harper Rose Basham, Briella Grace Mattingly and Olivia Mae Mattingly; and his siblings, Barbara Slaven and Larry Basham (Shirley). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other family members.
