With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Pat Steitz (Louisville, Kentucky), who passed away on August 19, 2023 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John McDonough and Marie Bates; and her husband Charles Edward Steitz, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Charles "Chuck" Steitz, Jr., Mary Katherine "Kathy" Harlow, Theresa McDonough, Kenneth "Kenny" Steitz and Mildred "Millie" Huebner; and her grandchildren, Michael, Jason, Tom, Laura, Tim, Johnathan, Christopher, Ben and Ashley. She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild.
