He was predeceased by: his parents, Thelma Allen (Eskridge) and Paul Laymon Allen, Sr.; his siblings, Larry Allen and Sandra Allen; and his great grandchild Lilliana Quezada.
He is survived by: his significant other Dorothy "Dottie" Allen; his children, Bethany Heil, Mark Allen (Beth) and Michael Allen (Keri); his grandchildren, Ashley Quezada (Gabriel), Courtney Heil, Sophia Heil and Ridley Allen; and his great grandchildren, Elijah Quezada, Sebastian Quezada, Elaina Coates and Baby Coates. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
