He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Berestecky and Kathryn Berestecky (Stillitano) of Donora, PA; his parents-in-law, Vital and Marie LeBlanc (Boucher) of Fitchburg, MA; his stepchildren, Scott A. Lemay of Florida and Suzanne M. Schaff of Louisville, KY; and his siblings-in-law, Kevin R. LeBlanc and Joan Richard of Massachusetts.
He is survived by: his wife Janet D. Berestecky; his siblings, Frances Wisyanski (Greg) of Bridgeville, PA and Charles Berestecky (Marlene) of Maume, OH; his son-in-law Timothy D. Schaff of Louisville, KY; and his siblings-in-law, Joseph LeBlanc (Dorothy), Gary LeBlanc (Barbara), Nancy Koskinen (Jack) of Massachusetts and Cindy Foster (Jeffrey) of Massachusetts. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, great nephews and nieces and made many good friends.
