He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Earl and Charmaine Marie Hoffman; his brother Robert D. Hoffman; and his pet Dizzy. He is survived by: his brothers, Roger Hoffman, II (Sam) and Bill Hoffman (Donna); his siblings' children, Roger Hoffman, III (Tabby), Stephanie Ash (Justin), Nicole Wilson (Bart) and Tessa McCubbin (Josh); his great-nieces, Anastasia and Alexandria Hoffman; and his sister-in-law Wanda Hoffman.
