It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paula Therese Dixon (Louisville, Kentucky), who passed away on April 9, 2024, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Fugate and Frances Fugate; and her siblings, Barry Fugate and Brenda McGill. She is survived by: her husband Robert Dixon; her children, Teri Holsclaw (Nicholas) and Eric Goodman (Amanda); her sisters, Susie Holleman and Laura Fugate; and her granddaughters, Shelby Wells and Natalie Holsclaw.
